Singles Groups are a place for singles to meet other singles. The best singles groups are activity based. Singles can participate in activities where they meet other singles with share interests.

Types of Singles Groups

Young Professionals: Typically 20’s to 30’s.

Church Singles Groups: Focus on activities, bible study and socializing for Christian singles.

Single Volunteer Groups: There are many single volunteer groups where you can volunteer for a fundraiser, a charity group and more

Sports Related Singles Clubs: If you like to hike, find a hiking group. There are a variety of singles volleyball, coed softball and tennis leagues in major cities. Many running groups have a large number of singles and have local clubs in many small towns.

Wine Tasting Groups: If you are into wine tasting or a wine education group such as the Wine Brats, American Wine Society or International Wine Guild chapter in your city.

Singles Dining Clubs: Most major cities have dining clubs that cater to singles and put together group dinners where you meet singles that are close to your age. The pressure of being on a blind date is gone as you are hanging out with a group of singles.

Singles activities/adventure groups which have an actual office, someone who leads the activities and runs the website, and most important, screens the members.

Speed Dating events can be a great way to meet many singles in one night. Most speed dating event companies cater to singles in their 20’s to 40’s. In some parts of the US, there are events for more mature singles.
